Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission

Authors may submit manuscripts in Indonesian or English. All submissions undergo an initial review by the Editorial Board before being sent for peer review.

  1. Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, using Microsoft Office 2010 or newer versions.
  2. The length of the manuscript should be 5 to 10 pages, formatted in a single-column layout on A4-size paper.
  3. Submitted manuscripts must present original research with a significant contribution to scientific knowledge.
  4. Authors must adhere to the Article Template, available in the right-hand menu.

Article Withdrawal Policy

Authors are discouraged from withdrawing manuscripts after submission, as this disrupts the editorial and review process. However, withdrawal may be considered under specific circumstances:

  1. Before Peer Review: Authors must submit a formal request stating the reason for withdrawal.
  2. After Peer Review: Withdrawal requests require editorial approval and must be justified with valid reasons.
  3. After Acceptance: Manuscript withdrawal at this stage is not permitted unless ethical concerns (such as plagiarism or data falsification) are identified.

Unjustified withdrawal requests after acceptance may result in future submission restrictions.

Author Inactivity

Authors are expected to respond to editorial and reviewer communications in a timely manner.

  1. If an author fails to respond to a review request or revision request within six months, the manuscript will be considered inactive and may be removed from the submission system.
  2. Repeated inactivity may lead to temporary submission restrictions to maintain the integrity of the publication process.

All policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated as necessary.
