Publication Fee

The Journal of Computers and Digital Business (JCBD) is an Open Access journal committed to the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge. Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 75 for each accepted manuscript to support the editorial, peer-review, and publication processes. The APC is invoiced only after a manuscript has completed the peer-review process and received a final acceptance decision from the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board.

APC payments are non-refundable once paid, including in the event of manuscript withdrawal or non-publication after acceptance. International authors are exempt from APC fees and may publish free of charge as part of the journal's commitment to promoting global academic collaboration and wider international participation. All published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription or access fees. The APC policy supports the sustainability and quality of the journal's editorial and publication processes while maintaining open access to all published content.

Submission does not guarantee publication. All manuscripts are subject to the journal's peer-review and editorial processes, and final publication decisions are made at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board based on the quality, originality, relevance, and scholarly merit of the manuscript.

Article Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing a submitted manuscript is discouraged, as it affects the efficiency of the peer review and editorial process. However, under certain conditions, authors may request a withdrawal, subject to the following terms:

1. Before Peer Review: Authors may withdraw their manuscript by submitting a formal request, stating the reason for withdrawal.
2. After Peer Review: Withdrawal requests must be justified and require editorial approval. Authors are strongly encouraged to complete the review process.
3. After Acceptance: Manuscript withdrawal at this stage is not permitted unless there are ethical concerns such as plagiarism or data fabrication. If an author insists on withdrawing, future submissions may be subject to restrictions.

Author Inactivity

Authors are expected to respond to editorial and reviewer communications in a timely manner. If an author fails to respond to a revision request within six months, the manuscript will be considered inactive and removed from the submission system. Repeated instances of author inactivity may result in temporary restrictions on future submissions to maintain the efficiency and integrity of the publication process. The Journal of Computers and Digital Business is committed to maintaining high ethical publishing standards. All policies are subject to periodic review and will be updated as necessary.
