Data Mining Analisis Kecendrungan Minat Pembeli Menggunakan Algoritma Apriori Pada Outlet Mao Mao Thai Tea

Outlet Mao Mao Thai Tea Tuntungan II menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami pola pembelian dan minat konsumen untuk merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola pembelian dan menganalisis kecenderungan minat pembeli dengan menggunakan algoritma apriori, dimana data transaksi penjualan selama 6 bulan dikumpulkan dan diolah menggunakan teknik data mining algoritma apriori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk Tiramisu merupakan minuman paling diminati konsumen dengan aturan asosiasi tertinggi "Jika membeli Thai Tea, maka akan membeli Tiramisu" (support 91,72%, confidence 100%), serta produk lain yang banyak diminati adalah Thai Tea, Coffe Milk, Cappucino, Green Tea, dan Vanilla Latte, temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang pola pembelian konsumen yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran, penawaran produk, pengelolaan persediaan, dan pengaturan tata letak produk secara lebih efektif guna meningkatkan penjualan dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi Outlet Mao Mao Thai Tea Tuntungan II.
